You must be at least 16 years old to purchase physical or digital products and at least 18 years old to purchase coaching, courses, or services. Orders placed by individuals under the minimum age will be canceled and refunded where applicable.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be subject to tax and shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the one applied to your order.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment systems.
6. Delivery & Access
- Physical Products: Shipped to the address provided. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
- Digital Products: Access is delivered via email or account dashboard. Please verify your email address during checkout.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased. Refunds may not be available for digital downloads once accessed. Coaching and courses may be refunded within 7 days unless otherwise stated. Please refer to individual product pages for full refund terms.
8. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions or memberships will automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle. You can cancel through your account or by contacting us.
9. License and Use
All digital products, courses, and content are licensed for individual or business use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute any of our materials without written permission.
10. User-Generated Content
If you submit comments, reviews, or feedback on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content for business purposes.
